I have an account with fund America, in Orlando. They trade by Oxford Club recommedations. My account has dropped %35 in value this past year. Should I buy gold coins?

Are other counties going to stop buy our debt, and financing our shopping? Are they going to dump our dollars?
    Thanks, David Connorton

[...] Meltdown economy Posted on September 18, 2008 by pecanpii I spent the better part of the evening reading analyzes from a number of different economists…they all had similar points. WSJ noted the rules of accounting had changed, and the computer model didn't always reflect "real" data. IBD noted that Bill Clinton wanted low income people to be able to afford housing and changed limits.
