I understand why consumers are wary of taking on new debt for things like cars and other consumer goods.  Many are understandable fearful about their personal economic future, so they&#039;re nervous about new debt.

But what about bridge loans to the small business community, and similar lending for quality projects?  I would have liked to hear more about that end of the lending spectrum.
