If Obama looses the comunication restrictions, will the cuban goverment allow the people access the internet freely? I don't think so. It is high time that that repairs be made with our Latin American relations. The GOP (party of NO!) is upset. There thunder has been stolen. President Obama smiled and shook hands with the president of Venezuela. And right away the Party of NO! had a HISSY FIT! President Obama is doing all the right things. He is not rushing into new commitments, but he not insulting these people, like dubbia-the-incompetent did. The Cuban trade embargo has been an abject failure these past 50 years.
