We have two home loans through U.S.Bank, one is our Primary Home and the 2nd is an investment property. U.S. Bank will not remodify or allow us get a refinance at a lower rate. As both loans are Portfolio, and have been paid on time since 2006, the loans are proven, but that doesn't matter to U.S. Bank.

One loan is underwater and the investment property is $5,000 above water, but $220,000 below what we paid for the property. What kind of help is there for borrowers who are on time?
Thanks. R.K.Birkland
