		<description>Ohhh, yes, there&#039;s a reason that ETF&#039;s are known in some circles as &quot;Exchange Traded Fu*kings&quot; - a lot of buyers will get screwed.  Though if one correctly predicts what the market is going to do and buys the right leveraged fund around the start of the trend (you can&#039;t seem to short them), you can make a killing.</description>

Your call for more regulation is way off base. Financial markets are regulated &amp; therefore failing. You&#039;re merely advocating more of the problem. The answer is for the govt to stop pretending they&#039;re regulating anything for the public&#039;s good. Close down all the corrupt alphabet agencies &amp; let free markets work.</description>
