Elliot wave patterns confirm a major low and reversal in the trend of the dollar. Correspondingly, just about everything else priced in dollars has made highs and started reversing lower. China will do anything it has to to to maintain exports. The United States should learn something from China. The US is living to high on the hog. China is living to low on the hog. A basket of currencies will take many,many years to formulate. For coming years, we may see a confusing multi polar currency scheme such as: countries will accept different currencies for their products. Opec may accept dollars from the US, Euros from Europe, Yen fron Japan and Yuan from China. And they will keep all these currencies as reserve. And when they want to buy from US, they use dollars, Europe by Euros, Japan by Yens and China by Yuan. World trade will not be the same again. China propose the use of SDR but that will also take years if not decades.
