Sounds like a finance ministry in Italy or worse, the US! Oil under the Eiffel tower? Did prescient Gustave Eiffel actually build a giant drilling rig? A tiny foreign company to profit from French oil (if there were any)? Total -ly unfrench. Let's pray God there will never be any oil under French soil!
