Sound too good to be true? It is. Commercial real estate and far more residential foreclosures are on the way next year. The bottom is about to fall out of this little imaginary recovery. There is nothing real about the profits the automakers made this year. It was free government handouts in the form of stimulus. It's not real. The government cannot spend us out of this funk they put us in.

Look around you at all the store closings. Is that the sign of recovery?
