		<description>the two autonomous regions XINJIANG &amp; TIBET will attract vast amount of investment in the next 10 to 15 years. all the eastern, north east and some central provinces plus beijing, tianjin and shenzhen are tasked to help various prefectures and cities in XINJIANG &amp; TIBET. those listed companies dealing with energy and infrastratures will have growth potentual. china going western regions are accelerating and more investment and manpower will move in fast. greetings from robert</description>
