The top stocks to watch today (Friday, May 5) are Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE: BRK.A), ImmunoGen Inc. (Nasdaq: IMGN), and Zynga Inc. (Nasdaq: ZNGA).

The number of earnings reports is dramatically lower than the previous two days, but will still be the main driver of the markets.

Another main driver of the markets today is Warren Buffett. The famed investor adjusted his holdings leading up to tomorrow's Berkshire shareholder meeting.

Top Stocks to Watch Today: Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (NYSE: BRK.A)

Berkshire Hathaway announced it's unloaded a third of its position in International Business Machines Corp. (NYSE: IBM) ahead of its shareholder meeting tomorrow.

Buffett has sold 31 million shares of IBM stock so far this year. He went from 81 million shares to 50 million. Buffett has stopped selling shares now that they are below $160.

At the end of 2016, Berkshire Hathaway was the largest IBM shareholder. However, it is estimated that the investment has lost $787 million since Buffett's initial investment six years ago.

The announcement comes after IBM announced 20 straight quarters of falling revenue.

This announcement was made leading up to the annual shareholder's meeting. The meeting takes place in Nebraska, and a weekend of activities will accompany the meeting. Here are three things to look for during the meeting.

Top Stocks to Watch Today: ImmunoGen Inc. (Nasdaq: IMGN)

ImmunoGen stock is up 8% in early morning trading after announcing its earnings.

The clinical-stage biotech company develops treatments for cancer. It has a phase 3 trial of a new drug, mirvetuximab soravtansine, underway with the first patient in the study treated.

Revenue was up from $19.7 million the same quarter last year to $28.5 million this year. The company is expecting revenue between $70 million and $75 million for the year.

IMGN stock is trading at $4.11 for a gain of 101.5% year to date (YTD).

Top Stocks to Watch Today: Zynga Inc. (Nasdaq: ZNGA)

Zynga stock is up 8% in early morning trading after posting its earnings report.

The social game developer announced a loss of $0.01 per share for the quarter, matching analysts' expectations.

The company missed the revenue target of $196 million. Revenue came in at $194.3 million.

Zynga is expecting revenue of $200 million for next quarter, beating analysts' expected guideline of $195.5 million.

ZNGA is currently trading at $2.84 for a gain of 10.5% YTD.
