Jeff Sessions Is Losing His Grip on Marijuana Legalization

U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions has made his feelings about marijuana legalization crystal clear.

"Good people don't smoke marijuana," he proclaimed at an April 15 Senate hearing on the impact of state and recreational marijuana legislation.

"It's not funny, it's not something to be laughed about," he added.

Many are worried about what Sessions might do with his newfound power as head of the U.S. Department of Justice. Specifically, what he might do about the 29-plus states that have legalized marijuana while it is still illegal under federal law.

But marijuana investors shouldn't fret.

Jeff Sessions' hands are tied, and he just admitted it.
