It's only Wednesday… and it's already been a crazy week.
Monday morning, I was invited to the New York studios of FOX Business Network to provide stock market analysis for "Varney & Co." After that live airing, I took a moment to give you some additional insights in a special beginning-of-the-week video edition of "D.R. Unfiltered."
In this quick video, clocking in at just under three minutes, I talk about why the market is so strong, why (and how long) I expect it to stay that way, and show you the most profitable sectors to play right now…
If you missed my official FOX appearance, I'll have it to you a little later in the week.
For now, let's take a quick look at the wild market action that's been going on the past few trading days (and why it's been good for us).
We Played the Wild Market Action for a Triple-Digit Gain…
Our Weekender video this past Saturday stepped you through the crazy Friday morning market action.
I told you in that video that we hit a very short extreme late Friday morning that opened up a short-term trading opportunity that we exploited in my premium Stealth Profits Trader service.
I made that bold trade based on two things:
- The near certainty that the Senate version of the tax plan would garner enough votes to pass in that chamber of Congress
- When markets overreact to news, the snap back is usually rapid and extreme
The stars aligned as I expected. By Friday evening, the Republican-controlled Senate had passed the tax plan.
And then on Sunday, ABC News announced that they would suspend without pay the reporter who broke the unverified story that General Flynn would testify that President Trump had directed him to contact Russian officials while the president was still a candidate. That claim proved to be false.

On Monday morning, we got that pop up that I expected, and my premium subscribers reeled in a beautiful triple-digit win when their Russell 2000 Small Cap options opened above the profit target.
Here's the chart bringing this all together…
