Hurricane Joaquin revved its way up to a Category 4 storm as I was writing this yesterday - and had just started to hit part of the Bahamas like a battering ram.
But what has me worried is the impact it could have here in Maryland - something the forecasters are having a hard time telling us because an unusual range of East Coast atmospherics is causing the weather computers to spit out conflicting forecasts.
The worry is very real - which why lots of folks are having Superstorm Sandy flashbacks.
