Shares of CyberArk Software Ltd. (Nasdaq: CYBR), a cybersecurity player based in Israel, soared 19% on Wednesday and another 4% yesterday after reports surfaced that industry peer Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: CHKP) was considering a buyout bid.
