If you've been around as long as I have, you probably remember this popular ad slogan for Lipton's just-add-water Cup-a-Soup product.
This slogan was used in a slew of effective TV commercials that positioned Lipton's instant soup as a quicker alternative to the condensed offerings of rival Campbell Soup Co. (NYSE: CPB). They usually depicted a cold or tired little boy or girl, impassionedly (or impatiently) asking Mom: "Is it soup yet?"
