General Electric Co. (NYSE: GE) CEO Jeffrey Immelt is pushing forward with the corporate makeover of the company he runs - this time with a complicated-but-intriguing "partnership" deal involving oil-services player Baker Hughes Inc. (NYSE: BHI).
