Why You Have to Be Part of the Tech Sector's $14 Trillion "Land Rush"

It's called the "Oklahoma Land Rush" and it's one of those typically dramatic events in U.S. history.

It was just before noon, April 22, 1889, and tens of thousands of folks were spread across an Oklahoma hillside. Some were on horseback, others sat atop wagons, and many were on foot.

At noon, a cavalry bugle blew, and the race was on. As one observer later wrote:
