According to CNET, Twitter Inc. (NYSE: TWTR) started to suspend accounts of members of the alt-right movement on Nov. 16. CNET states the alt-right movement has been characterized as racist. Twitter has been criticized for allowing its users to use hate speech, which is considered one of the reasons why Twitter has not found a company to acquire it. The TWTR stock price is down 27.3% in the last 12 months.
