Twitter Inc. (NYSE: TWTR) disappointed shareholders in its Q4 2016 earnings report. Twitter reported earnings per share (EPS) of $0.16, which did exceed expectations of $0.12. But the company reported $717 million in revenue, which fell well short of the $740 million Wall Street was expecting. The company also had slow growth in monthly active users (MAUs), reporting 319 million. Last quarter, Twitter reported 317 million MAUs. So far in 2017, the TWTR stock price is down 4.57%.
