Many think Cargill stock would be one to own if it were publicly traded.
It's one of the biggest companies in the world, and it plays a major role in various industry supply chains, mainly agriculture and livestock.
Unfortunately, the company's size is the very thing that could keep retail investors from seeing a Cargill IPO anytime soon.
Thanks to the size of its holdings and solid debt rating, they have no good reason to go public at the moment.
But we might have a better play on the agricultural market.
