Football season may be over, but the proverbial dark cloud hovering over the fantasy sports biz hasn't dissipated.
Back in mid-October, I first detailed the "No Man's Land" between gaming and betting that the $26 billion fantasy sports industry had fallen into.
In that same report, I predicted that rough times were ahead for this industry and called on the two biggest daily fantasy sports companies - DraftKings Inc. and FanDuel Inc. - to batten down the hatches.
