Indeed, these two have been feuding over Zika money since February, when President Barack Obama made a $1.9 billion request for emergency spending to fight the mosquito-borne virus.
So far, Congress has resisted. Republicans say they want more accountability for the money being spent, and that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and National Institutes of Health (NIH) need to use leftover funds from fighting Ebola and other diseases first before asking for more money.
