Brand-new published reports say the Sacramento, Calif.-based company has made a $2 billion bid to buy United Launch Alliance (ULA), the commercial spacecraft-launching venture that's a joint operation of The Boeing Co. (NYSE: BA) and Lockheed Martin Corp. (NYSE: LMT).
