It all started when a company we talk a lot about here - No. 2 U.S. automaker Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F) - issued lower-than-expected second-quarter earnings.
Earnings per share missed analyst expectations by 8 cents. Many investors headed for the exit - leaving Ford stock down by 8% on Thursday.
