It's been a wild few months here in the Florida Republic.
Like the rest of the world, we've witnessed skyrocketing interest rates, the escalating crisis in Israel, and the beginnings of a major debt meltdown. None of which are good, but all of which we need to monitor and understand.
UNLIKE the rest of the world (or the suits on the Hill), we're not just watching and waiting. We're using our defensive, macro, and tactical approach to manage these situations - and, in some cases, leverage them for our benefit and our portfolios.
And we will continue to do just that for the foreseeable future.
The work we're doing here is the culmination of my decades in and around the markets, of the principles I've come to live by, and of how I believe every investor should approach their own portfolio and their own lives.
Now, it's time to expand.
Which is why, for the last several months, I've been diligently working and building the next phase of this enterprise.
And today, I'm ready to share the latest.
As of Monday, October 29, The Florida Republic is moving to Substack. Click that link and you can see I've been dual-publishing there for some time. But now, I'm ready to fully migrate to the new platform.
There's nothing you need to do, unless, for some reason, you're choosing to defect from the Republic today. If that's the case, click here and you won't hear from me again.

Now, this may seem like a small update - and for now, really, it is. But this migration is about to unlock infinite future potential for what we can accomplish here in the Republic. I'll be sharing those with you over the next few weeks...
