Chipotle stock has been on a tear.
After hitting a low in April 2014 of $476.28, the stock hit an all-time high last week of $719.99. That's a 51% jump in less than a year.
But don't get too excited, Money Morning Capital Wave Strategist told viewers of FOX Business' "Varney & Co." Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. (NYSE: CMG) stock is overpriced. And it offers no dividend.
"This is a speculative story stock," Gilani said. "If I'm not going to be compensated to hold a speculative stock, then why would I buy it in this environment?"
