That number is only growing.

In fact, three more states are expected to legalize marijuana in 2017.

More of a question than a comment.
Is the any indications that Tennessee will look at legalization in the near future.
    Thanks

    • Casey Wilson | April 24, 2017

      Hi Ricky,

Medical marijuana legilation was proposed in Nashville in early February. However, the sponsored bill would only make medicinal marijuana legal for patients suffering from certain illnesses such as cancer, MS or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

      Thanks for your comment!

      Best,

      Casey Wilson

As typical the 49th state will be Alabama and the last one Mississippi!

Irresponsible as our society now is it will be a great tribute to the Socialist-Progressive-Democrat-nondemocratic politicians when the liberal press gets to blab the daily deaths caused by legal pot-heads that managed to steer into their victims transportation and destroy another life

    • TNflash | April 22, 2017

I have a News flash for you. Pot heads are already on the roads. We just are not collecting taxes from them, but we spend millions of tax dollars unsuccessfully trying to keep marijuana off the U.S, black market. The drug cartels don't want marijuana to be legal either because it will cause their prices to plummet which could put them out of business.

Dr DR give me a prescription for your deadly prescription drugs … I can no longer believe what you and Big Pharma has in store for Marijuana an already perfect medicine right from the bud … of course you people will ruin it with your greed and ignorance – there already are patents and companies ready to take the title "the MONSANTOs of Medical marijuana. Good luck with that as you have already lost that battle … it will be a great day to see Big Pharma lose their asses because of artificial and synthetic pot … indeed …
an already perfect medicine given us by our Creator and you think you can make it better … this a global movement and the people will win ..
can't wait grow your own … smoke your own … make your own …
      OH HAPPY DAY

Very disturbing the "Establishment Career Corrupt Politicians" make it easy for Big Pharma to botch everything up! Notice, all medication with the side effects listed in their commercials. My 9 year old grandson was watching TV with me. A commercial for one of the anti-depressants had been running, I didn't realize he was listening so intently. He asked Gma why would Drs. give patients pills that would cause them to commit suicide and why would anyone go and buy those pills? I simply told him well no need to worry Gma will never buy those pills. As the saying goes "from the mouths of babes."

what you said is pure horse manure. There has never been any traffic fatalities from anyone under the influence of marijuana, EVER! Do some research!

I have had read the "Marijuana Millionaire" and the Phase 2 book too. Also I read many information about the best pot stocks. I start to fill overwhelmed to see too many information. An average /not much fund to invest/ can't invest in every stocks what was advise. Could be good if between the 20-30 pot stocks /advised/ come up just 4-5 BEST stocks to buy. Would make a lot easier to choose. Thank you!

  8. RICK FONTANA | April 22, 2017

I am 62 years old…. In my HIGH days from age 18 to 30 years old I drove cars went to work and did what I needed to do to live….I loved to smoke weed during those years…If I was straight during the day I felt different as I was used to being HIGH …ALL…the time…weed is a different kind of high than alcohol…you can function fine but you are capable of making a mistake….which means you must concentrate to do what is right…I never had ANY accidents or hurt ANYBODY..I never was a violent person YOU are what you ARE…The weed never changed me from the person I was…and on certain occasions I still smoke..

  9. Jason | April 23, 2017

No, the whole head on collision thing is mostly reserved for drunks driving wrong side. Yet on 4/20 they did a tribute to all those who died from weed the number was an astounding 0! You should read why weed is so bad from the man who started this whole weed is evil campaign in 1931 on behalf of our oversized and over controlling government. More lemmings than Free thinkers, so that said, please watch out for the cliff you about to follow our "honest and great leaders" off of. Why don't y'all stop trying to run others life choices from inside that liquors bottle. You people are true hypocrites if you believe pot is worse than alcohol.
